Except for the relevant information collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided to you by HelpLook partners and other third parties. We provide services to you based on the packages or functional modules you create with HelpLook and order from HelpLook. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a HelpLook account.
When you use HelpLook products and services, HelpLook will automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software Hardware feature information and web pages you visit, your service logs and operation logs.
In order to ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provided. If you choose to have other financial institutions provide you with payment services, we will also share your necessary information for bank card payment, including bank card number and validity period, with the corresponding financial institution you choose.
